SIPAC’s flagship annual Forum expands to three cities for the first time.
Join SIPAC members and friends from around the world to connect with Chinese in-house counsel and law firm partners across three major legal and business centers in a single China visit.

A new roadshow format for China’s legal market.
Following two editions in Shanghai and a third in Shenzhen, SILF 2027 travels to Beijing, Shanghai and Shenzhen in one week.
The new format offers broader opportunities to build relationships across China’s legal market and to exchange expertise on Chinese companies’ international business, all in a single China visit.
Venues in all three cities are being finalized. We will share confirmed venues together with recommended hotel options as soon as this information becomes available.

The third Forum set out to chart a new collaboration model for cross-firm legal work on China outbound matters.
Co-organized with the Shenzhen Corporate Counsel Association in April 2026, the Forum opened with a closed-door day for nearly 60 foreign delegates from more than 30 jurisdictions, joined by senior partners of leading Chinese law firms and in-house counsel from major Chinese companies. The open sessions on the second day drew more than 300 delegates.

The additional-delegate rate applies to colleagues from the same SIPAC member firm. Non-member registration is not available to law firms based in jurisdictions where SIPAC already has a member firm.

SIPAC emails an invoice in US dollars within 5 business days of registration. Payment is due within 14 days.
Bank transfer in USD, or credit card through the link on the invoice (2.5% card surcharge).
Your place is confirmed once payment is received. Up to 10 delegates can be registered in one form.

Can I attend only one or two of the cities?
Fees cover the full three-city Forum. If you plan to attend only part of it, please contact events@sipac-network.com before registering. No reduction is given for sessions, meals, transfers or visits not used.
Who qualifies for the member rates?
Partners, lawyers and staff of SIPAC member firms in good standing. The additional-delegate rate applies to each colleague from the same member firm after the first delegate has registered. SIPAC confirms membership before issuing the invoice.
Can non-member firms and companies register?
Yes. Companies, in-house legal teams and other organizations are welcome at the non-member rate. Non-member registration is not available to law firms based in jurisdictions where SIPAC already has a member firm.
Are flights and hotels included?
No. Delegates book and pay for their own flights, trains and hotels. SIPAC-arranged coaches meet the designated flight and train between cities, and we will share recommended hotels in each city once venues are confirmed.
Can SIPAC help with a visa?
SIPAC issues a visa invitation letter on request received by March 12, 2027, once payment has been received. An invitation letter does not guarantee a visa. If an application is refused, SIPAC refunds the fee less a USD 100 administration fee, provided a copy of the official refusal is received by April 9, 2027.
What if I need to cancel or send a colleague instead?
Written cancellations received by February 28, 2027 are refunded in full less a USD 100 administration fee per delegate; from March 1 to March 31, 2027, 60% is refunded; from April 1, 2027, or for no-shows, there is no refund.
A colleague from the same organization can take your place at no charge until April 13, 2027.
How do I register several colleagues?
One registration form covers up to 10 delegates from the same organization. For larger groups, please contact the SIPAC events team.
