Mr. Xiong is one of the most influential leaders in the Chinese legal profession, combining decades of experience as a judge, together with leadership roles in key quasi-governmental organizations serving the legal profession, as well as a keen commercial sense. As an advisor to SIPAC, Mr. Xiong brings a strong understanding of the history and direction of development of the China legal services market as well as a vision for the continued expansion of the role of Chinese in-house and law firm lawyers in connection with global transactions, disputes and compliance matters.
